Thank You for shopping at American Rent All. We want your online purchasing experience to be smooth. RMA NUMBER Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a RMA number. Please call us to obtain this number and return shipping instructions.
UNOPENED MERCHANDISE
You may return "unopened sealed product" within 10 days of delivery. You must first call us for a RMA number. When you have your RMA number, clearly mark the package with that number. Ship your merchandise back to us the most convenient way, freight prepaid. Your account will be credited minus a 10 percent restocking fee and shipping charges. Refunds are credited within ten business days of receipt. Motor driven power equipment can not be returned if it has had fuel or oil added.
OPENED MERCHANDISE
Merchandise that has been opened may be returned within 10 days of receipt: You must first call us and get a RMA number, clearly mark your package with that number. Ship your merchandise back to us the most convenient way freight prepaid. Opened product is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs, Goods must be in saleable condition, include all parts and paperwork.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
No returns are accepted for products that are special ordered.
CANCELLED ORDERS
You may cancel your order anytime during normal business hours before we ship without penalty. We do not accept email cancelations. Orders that have been shipped may not be cancelled, If you refuse delivery, you will be subject to restocking fees and shipping charges both ways.
DAMAGED PRODUCT
Please take the time to inspect the goods before signing. You are responsible for inspection at the time of delivery. If you sign without inspecting you will be responsible for filing the claim with the carrier and arranging repair or return of the product, Concealed damage must be reported immediately.
INSPECTION PROTOCOL
If a carton appears tattered or lightly damaged the product may be perfectly fine. Please note "Possible Freight Damage" on the shipping receipt with driver present. Upon inspection, if there is any damage, it is documented and makes the process easy.
OBVIOUS DAMAGE
If a carton is Obviously damaged, do not accept delivery. Call us immediately so we can process any claim and exchange your product.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In most cases the issues can be resolved by talking to one of our technicians, We encourage you to test your products within ten days of receipt. When calling, please have your model and serial number of the affected items. Products that have had fuel or oil added may not be returned.
